Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery times vary by product due to the personalization of many of our items. On average, most personalized items ship within two to four weeks. If you need an item sooner, please contact us before making your purchase, and we can provide a more exact delivery timeframe.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We offer shipping within the US. If you would like an item to be shipped via Express Mail or internationally, please contact us beforehand to calculate additional charges.

Please note that items may ship separately based on availability. You will not incur additional shipping charges.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Personalized items may not be returned, unless there is an error on our behalf. If we make an error, we will promptly provide you with a replacement.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay using a PayPal account. We use encrypted servers for your credit card security. All transactions are handled by PayPal, and we do not receive any personal credit card information.

Sales Tax

By law, we are required to charge a 6.25 percent sales tax to customers in our home state of Massachusetts.

Gifts

During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter a different shipping address from your billing address. You may also include a gift message. We take great pride in gift presentation, and all gifts will be wrapped beautifully.
